# I build digital systems businesses can operate, control, and evolve I’m Jason—a platform architect, full-stack developer, infrastructure operator, and business-systems consultant. I have approximately 17 years of experience working with technology in Mexico, mainly with SMEs in the Bajío. My work does not begin with a list of tools. It begins with a question: what does the operation need to solve, and what must remain under the business’s control? From there, I diagnose processes, design the architecture, build and integrate applications, deploy the infrastructure, and remain involved in ongoing operation. I build systems for real use—with clear responsibilities, access, permissions, data, monitoring, recovery, and room to evolve. ## From disconnected tools to a coherent system Many businesses do not need another isolated application. They need to understand how information moves, who is responsible for each process, which dependencies have accumulated, and what happens when a provider changes its terms or stops working. First we define the problem, boundaries, responsibilities, and evidence that will demonstrate the system works. ## Why I am building MYGLOBAL.site [MYGLOBAL.site](https://www.myglobal.site/) began with a simple question: how do you recommend a professional or business that has no digital identity of its own? I am its cofounder and lead developer. We are progressively building an ecosystem where a public identity and profile can connect with professional relationships, merchant operations, community participation, learning, support, and rewards. The objective is not to replace everything at once. It is to establish a portable, interoperable foundation that can gain new capabilities in stages: structured profiles, authentication, catalogs and services, loyalty programs, wallet participation, and practical uses of Algorand. The work spans [Agora](https://agora.myglobal.site/) for merchant operations, [Signal](https://signal.myglobal.site/) for live participation, shared authentication and storage, [MIS-CURSOS](https://mis-cursos.academy/) for learning, and [MI-SOPORTE](https://mi-soporte.online/) for operational collaboration. Each component has a defined responsibility. I am not building a monolith under another name. ## Applied experience My work ranges from diagnosing the needs of a small business to architecting and operating platforms made of several connected services. I participated in projects supervised by [Contingent Network Services](https://contingent.cc/)—acquired by Comcast Business in 2015—involving CEMEX, AT&T, and IBM. I also participated in [RetailNext](https://retailnext.net/)-related projects involving Nike, American Eagle, and Swarovski. These were project relationships, not direct employment or endorsements from the named companies. Those experiences reinforced an important lesson: a system is not finished when the interface works. It must survive real use, errors, personnel changes, external dependencies, and the passage of time. That is why I modernize operations in stages. I reuse components without pretending every organization works the same way. I use open-source software and self-hosting when they provide meaningful control. I automate repetitive work and retain human review where judgment is required. I use Web3 only when it solves a defined problem. Adding a token to a bad idea still produces a bad idea—only now it has a token. ## How I think Delegating the work does not delegate the responsibility. Convenience is not control. Security is a process, not a product a provider installs and hands over. An organization should know what it controls, what it can recover, what it can move, and what stops working if an external service disappears. My work is to ask those questions, turn the answers into useful architecture, and build until I can demonstrate that it works. ## Open to collaboration I collaborate with businesses, professionals, communities, open-source developers, and Web3 builders solving real problems.
