MYGLOBAL.site · Idea and context

Community digital economy

From a person-to-person transfer to an economy shaped by its participants.

Start with loyalty on TestNet

MYGLOBAL.site starts with a loyalty program using participation tokens with no monetary value on Algorand TestNet. It is a space to test which actions are recognized and which rules the community understands. Consumers and businesses already have the key piece: an Algorand wallet. In supported onboarding flows, the platform prepares the wallet with the TestNet Algo needed; participants do not have to buy it to begin. The member panel lets a business choose TestNet or MainNet and create its own ASA. That creation capability does not mean the loyalty pilot already operates with monetary value on MainNet.

Academia Vishneva and Beauty Gift: value without a token price

Academia Vishneva has its own website and a MYGLOBAL.site profile displaying its AVT token, which the profile describes as participation with no stated financial value. In the June 2026 contest, students accumulated AVT for attendance and punctuality; the top student won a facial contributed by Beauty Gift and an NFT badge on Algorand TestNet. The badge page records a completed mint; it does not confirm that the facial was redeemed. In this contest, AVT recorded an action and ranked participants; the prize followed the campaign rules. Each AVT did not represent an amount of money or a fixed redemption value. AVT and the NFT badge are distinct TestNet assets with different purposes.

The student received recognition and won an experience; Beauty Gift could introduce its service to a relevant community; Vishneva could recognize punctuality and create a useful collaboration for its community. This example does not establish additional sales or authorize sharing students’ or families’ personal data with another business. Commercial outcomes need measurement, and data use needs consent and clear rules.

One wallet, one direct transfer

Beyond the pilot, a person with a self-custody wallet on Algorand can receive compatible assets directly from another wallet without opening a bank account for that on-chain transfer. Documented examples include USDC and EURD and BRZ, pegged to the Brazilian real. The network is decentralized and charges a small fee in Algo. The wallet and asset must be prepared to receive it. Where an asset's rules permit transfers, MYGLOBAL.site does not have to approve every wallet-to-wallet transfer.

More than money or an online store

A digital economy can also record contributions, rights, access, loyalty, and relationships among people, businesses, and professionals. A token is a digital record representing something defined; its utility and rights come from rules and agreements, not from the word “token.” A community can decide who issues and receives it, what it does, whether it transfers, and how those rules change. It can give participants a role in governance and let them share data by consent and on terms that return value, instead of surrendering it without return to a closed platform. The goal is for each business to define and use its own token outside MYGLOBAL.site as well, subject to the controls it chooses when creating it. All of this requires deliberate design and agreements; it does not happen automatically when a token is created.

Across borders and networks

Two participants can transfer a compatible asset while living in different countries. Bridges and cross-chain exchanges exist, each with supported assets, costs, and conditions. An on-chain transfer can avoid a bank as intermediary. A stablecoin such as USDC, EURD, or BRZ has an issuer and reserves: obtaining it, redeeming it for traditional money, or using it with a provider may involve banks, identity checks, and local rules. These privately issued currencies differ from central-bank digital currencies and from a community token such as MGST.

The idea in the BIS video

In the BIS video on Finternet, speakers describe connected financial ecosystems, people and businesses at the center, programmable records, and interoperability. Siddharth Shetty suggests a person could choose a public ledger and hold different types of tokens there. This is an architectural vision, not an announcement that central banks have already issued currencies on Algorand. The speakers also describe roles for banks and other intermediaries. The open-wallet example and community rules show a complementary path that MYGLOBAL.site aims to facilitate through wallet-linked identities, relationships, and participation.
